Questions
Do I need a website to use a signup form?
No. Every form gets its own page link and QR code you can share on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp status, flyers or your shop counter. You can also paste it into any website.
How many fields should a signup form have?
As few as possible. Each extra question lowers signups, so most forms only ask for a first name and email or phone. Add questions only when you will use the answers.
Can people sign up with WhatsApp instead of email?
Yes. Forms can ask for a phone number only and include a WhatsApp consent box, so you can send WhatsApp broadcasts and reminders to people who agreed.
What is double opt-in?
People confirm their email address by clicking a link before they are added. It keeps your list clean and proves consent, which helps your emails reach the inbox.
Is it GDPR friendly?
Forms record when and from where each person signed up, show your own consent text, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
